Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
As of August 28, 2020
- All returns must be processed within 30 days after your purchase. Beyond that, we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to place a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging.
Types of goods that cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods, such as: food
- Intimate and sanitary goods
- Gift cards/vouchers
- Health and personal items
Please note: do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/consigned brand.
Shipping Returned Items:
- You can mail the products to Humble Market, YDG Coffee, Mandala Park, 438 Shaw Blvd., Pleasant Hills, 1552 Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs in returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are shipping an item/s over Php 3,000.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. As much as we’d like to, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- The time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product depends on the delivery location.
Exchanges & refunds for returned items
- Before we ship out orders, we inspect and ensure that all products are correct and in their proper condition. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer replacements for the same item. Only regular items may be refunded. There are no exceptions for sale purchased items.
- Send your item to: Humble Market, YDG Coffee, Mandala Park, 438 Shaw Blvd, Pleasant Hills, 1552 Mandaluyong City , Philippines.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request for refund is approved or rejected. We reserve the right to fairly judge and determine if the product can be given a refund or not.
If you are approved, the refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original type of payment method.
Please note, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, depending on the type and condition of the returned product. We reserve the right to fairly judge and determine if the product can be given a refund or not.
How do we determine if the item has been refunded or not?
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank/payment provider account again.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank/payment provider. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted on your statement.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Receiving an item as a gift:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you: we’ll give you a gift credit for the value of your returned item. We will mail you an e-gift voucher once we have receive and properly processed the returned item.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the person who ordered the item had it shipped to themselves: the refund will be sent to the one who made the purchase.
