How to use
Use as seasoning for additional taste or flavor.
Drink 1 tsp of Himalayan salt water (soak salt overnight with water). Add 4 tbsp of Himalayan salt with 1 cup of baking soda and fill a bucket with warm- hot water for a detoxifying foot soak. Use as a neti pot to cleanse the nasal airways.
