Dried Parsley has a more intensified flavor compared to fresh parsley because its essential oils are more concentrated. Use dried parsley a teaspoon at a time – only in small amounts because if used in large amounts, you will end up with a bitter and over-flavored dish.

The shelf life for dried parsley is significantly longer (2-3 years) than fresh ones (3-5 days in the refrigerator).
