Whole Brown Adlai
Locally grown in the elevated regions of the country, Adlai is a gluten-free powerhouse grain that is high in dietary fiber, packed with protein, and filled with minerals.
What makes it unique? Adlai contains 3 times more energy than rice and 6 times more protein. Compared to white Adlai, this variant is unpolished, therefore retains more fiber for better digestion.

What’s the difference between white and brown Adlai?
Brown Adlai undergoes a special type of processing that retains more benefits such as dietary fiber content and protein. Also, it has a nuttier taste compared to white Adlai, which has a taste profile that is more similar to that of white rice.
What is the taste like?
The consistency of brown Adlai is similar to that of al dente pasta or boiled white corn. It is slightly nutty, slightly sweet, and creamy in texture.
