Chickpea Maccheroni Pasta is made of legume flour (Chickpeas) which contains good amounts of protein, this gluten-free, plant-based (egg-free) pasta is a chock full of nutrients. Chickpeas have a high amount of soluble fiber while having a low glycemic index to help regulate blood sugar levels and optimizing digestion.
Chickpea flour, vegetables (spinach, tomatoes, beets or garlic), xanthan gum, and with small amounts of flax seeds, olive oil and Himalayan salt.
Add to boiling water for 6-8 minutes.
